Code Rood is our interactive crisis simulation game where teams must respond under time pressure to an unexpected, and surprising, global zombie outbreak. The setting may be playful, but the learning experience is serious. The game’s theme and approach place all participants on equal footing, encouraging open collaboration and engagement. Developed using scientific insights from crisis communication and behavioural psychology, the simulation offers a powerful and realistic learning environment And let participants experiencehow cooperation, decision-making and communication really function under pressure, and where teams can improve.

Designed for broad organizational use

Code Rood can be used as a crisis training exercise or as an energizing activity during team sessions, for example with communication, HR, policy- or management teams. The simulation game is highly adaptable and can be tailored to fit the context of your organization, whether you operate in healthcare, government, education, or the private sector.

The theory

The simulation game is based on scientific research from crisis management. And works from the following principles.

In a crisis, multiple leaders are needed
