Internal communication: HORNBACH heroes
HORNBACH is growing fast, and so is the number of colleagues. How do you keep these HORNBACH Heroes informed, engaged, and motivated? One way is by developing the staff magazine ‘De Hamer’ (the hammer). A magazine that employees, from Groningen to Geleen, can identify with, featuring compelling stories and dynamic photography. We handle the editing and collaborate with HORNBACH to determine themes and topics, which we then bring to life through text, imagery, and design.

Building society together. That’s the motto of the “HORNBACHhelpt Foundation”. With HORNBACHhelpt, the construction market is dedicated to supporting social initiatives by providing construction- or garden-related assistance. From renovating a petting zoo to transforming the living room at a residential care center for people with disabilities, HORNBACHhelpt makes a real difference. We have been involved with HORNBACHhelpt from the very beginning, managing the communication and gladly rolling up our sleeves to help out ourselves!
